Small Banquet Swiss Room Menu
Our Swiss room is available for private functions for groups from 20 to 40 the following times: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday evenings; Sunday afternoons from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30. We require a $100.00 deposit to reserve your function. You should choose from group one and/or group two entrees. Our four course banquet menu includes an appetizer, salad, entrée, dessert & coffee or tea. We ask that you collect the main course order ahead so that we may best serve you. You should call the restaurant approximately one week before your banquet to let us know what time your group will be arriving, your dessert selection, how to charge for drinks from the bar, the number of each of your main courses selected, and to order any hors d’oeuvres from our hors d’oeuvres menu. On Friday evenings there is a $100.00 room charge. At other times there is no room charge if you have a minimum of 20 guests.

Group One Entrées
$30.95 per person (tax and tip included)
• Prime Rib au jus
•Sliced Tenderloin of Beef with sauce Bordelaise
•New York Sirloin Steak
• Chicken Cordon Bleu breaded chicken breast stuffed with shaved ham & imported gruyere cheese
• Broiled Salmon topped with a maple glaze
• Veal Marsala sautéed in marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and demi-glace
• Chicken Marsala sautéed in marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and demi-glace
• Wienerschnitzel veal, breaded and sautéed
• Baked Stuffed Shrimp with newburg sauce
• Pasta Primavera broccoli, peppers; summer & zucchini squashes and sundried tomatoes in a lemon & white wine sauce over fettuccini
• Broiled Scrod with an herb crumb crust
• Veal Piccata sautéed with shallots, capers, lemon, butter and white wine
• Chicken Piccata sautéed with shallots, capers, lemon, butter and white wine
• Nut Crusted Chicken pecan encrusted with a raspberry sauce and fruit compote
• Chicken Provencale sautéed with roasted garlic, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, butter and marsala wine
• Charbroiled New York Sirloin

You may enhance the above menu by adding any entrees from group two below.

Group Two Entrées
$34.95 per person (tax and tip included)
• Surf and Turf two baked stuffed shrimp and
a six oz. filet mignon
• Rack of Lamb with bordelaise sauce
• Tournedos Henry IV two petite filets with artichokes and béarnaise sauce
• Seafood Sophia chunks of lobster, shrimp and scallops with garlic and spinach in a rosé tomato cream sauce
• Duck du Jour chef’s daily preparation

at the restaurant or you may preorder One of the following for your entire group.
