Indoor Facilty

With antique wood paneling and a grand fireplace, the Mile Away Restaurant offers an intimate atmosphere for indoor wedding receptions. We can accommodate 110 guests, a DJ and dance floor in our indoor facility.

Indoor Facilities
The Main Room at the Mile Away seats up to 85 guests. It can also accommodate a dancing area and disc jockey. Our Swiss Room seats another 25 guests and can  be used if a wedding outgrows the main room. We require a minimum of 75 guests and the  maximum amount of guests we can accommodate is 110 indoors.

Garden Ceremonies
We have a lovely outdoor area with a deck, quarry and gardens available for wedding ceremonies, photographs, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. There is a $350.00 charge to have a wedding ceremony at the Mile Away which includes the set up of white wedding chairs for an outdoor ceremony or use of our main rooms for an indoor wedding ceremony  and a one hour rehearsal.

You may want to have table arrangements or cake flowers delivered for your reception.

Time Frame for Indoor Receptions
On weekdays and Saturdays our indoor facilities are available for your wedding reception from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is a $300.00 facility fee for indoor receptions.

Hors D’oeuvres
Cold and hot hors d’oeuvres are available from our menus.  There is an extra charge for hors d’oeuvres.

Our full service bar is available for your wedding reception. We can work with you to set up a bar for any budget. We can set up an open bar where we run a tab for you throughout the day or a cash bar where your guests buy their own drinks. You may run an open bar for the cocktail hour only or set a dollar limit on your open bar. Wine service during dinner is also available. There is a $200.00 charge for bartenders for a cash bar.  We waive the bartender fee if there is an open bar of one thousand dollars or more during your event.
