2. Chicken Cordon Bleu breaded chicken breast stuffed with shaved ham & imported gruyere cheese
3. Wienerschnitzel veal, breaded and sautéed
4. Chicken Marsala sautéed in demi marsala wine sauce with mushrooms5. Baked Stuffed Haddock topped with a crab and shrimp stuffing served with newburg sauce
6. Broiled Salmon with lemon butter
7. Vegetarian Chaos portabello mushroom stuffed with roasted vegetables, seasonal raviolis, herb butter sauce, vegetable du jour

Please call the restaurant one week before your banquet with the entire order (appetizer, main course and dessert) from your guest along with your decision on the bar, and to order any hors d’oeuvres from our hors d’oeuvres menu.
$300 facility fee and a $100 bartender fee
